2025 - Non-Election Year

Persons, committees, or political parties that meet the requirements of NRS 294A.140(8), must not later than January 15 of each year that is not an election year, for the period beginning January 1 of the previous year and ending on December 31 of the previous year, report each contribution in excess of $1,000 received during the period and contributions received during the period from a contributor which cumulatively exceed $1,000.       

2026 - Election Year 

In accordance with NRS 294A.140, certain persons, committees and political organizations that make independent expenditures for or against a candidate or group of candidates are required to report contributions received in the following reporting periods:

• Annual CE Report Due: January 15,2026

  • Report period covers: January 1 - December 31, 2025

• CE #1 Due: April 15, 2026

  • Report period covers: January 1 - March 31, 2026

• CE #2 Due: July 15, 2026

  • Report period covers: April 1 - June 30, 2026

• CE #3 Due: October 15, 2026

  • Report period covers: July 1 - September 30, 2026

• CE # 4 Due: January 15, 2027

  • Report period covers: October 1 - December 31, 2026

•   2027 Annual Filing Due on January 15, 2027, report period covers October 1 - December 31, 2026
