• Sole Proprietor, General Partnership, or Other Entity Not Required to File Formation Documents Pursuant to Title 7 of NRS

    - Examples of a Sole Proprietor/General Partnership include: a freelance photographer or writer, entertainer or performer not on a regular payroll, craftsperson who takes jobs on a contract basis, salesperson who receives only commissions or an independent contractor who isn't on an employer's regular payroll.
