Project Orion Archived Release Notes August 2023 - August 2024
The Project Orion Team and Commercial Recordings made doing business in Nevada easier by fixing over 400 system bugs, deploying several system enhancements including making sure our Customers and the State are safer from fraud and malicious acts, as well as enabling numerous internal process improvements resulting in removal of backlogs and almost 50% lower call volumes.
Project Orion and Commercial Recordings will continue to focus on improving the customer experience and lessening the burden on anyone who interacts with the Secretary of State’s Office which will attract more business to Nevada.
We are committed to implementation of a true state-of-the-art modernized system. As we continue to ensure the current system is stabilized, secure and provides the tools to process your day to day needs, we are also working with various vendors who will take the Business Licensing Portal to the needed next level.
