What's New

Shopping Cart:

  • Customers were frustrated because when they wanted to delete an old credit card in their profile, the “Forget this Card” button was not working. The old or expired card would remain on the account without a way to delete or remove it. Now, customers can click on “Forget this Card” and the card is removed.

NAICS Support Link:

  • Customers provided feedback that when they would click the NAICS Support Link, the E-mail address and Subject line text would appear on the “To” line in their email, and the user would need to edit or remove the information before sending.  Now, when a customer clicks on the NAICS Support Link only the email address will appear in the “To” line and the text will appear in the “Subject” line of the email as expected.

"Cancel" Redirect:

  • If a customer was in OSHA or DMV workflows and they clicked the “Cancel” button, the redirect would send them to a dashboard versus the easy to navigate My Business Check List. Now, the “Cancel” button redirect will take the user to the My Business Check List where they can simply choose their next action.

  • Online Users entering Officer Information when filing Dissolution Before or After Issuance of Stock and After Beginning of Business, have noticed not all the Officer Information would show up on the documents. Now, all the Officer Information will appear on the outputs for Dissolution Before or After Issuance of Stock and After Beginning of Business.
  • Customers will no longer be allowed Name Reservations if the Entity is an existing name and is in Default status. Default status doesn't equal “available”.

  • In Copies, Certificates, and Apostilles, the Online User would receive an error message if they attempted to select multiple options. With this update they can now select both Apostille and Ceremonial Certificate then complete the requests without receiving an error message.
