(Carson City, NV; August 12, 2016) – Nevada Secretary of State Barbara K. Cegavske announced today that the ballot access appeal filed by the Nevada Green Party pursuant to NRS 293.12793 has been denied. A copy of the full denial of appeal is available here. In accordance with NRS 293.12795, the Nevada Green Party and the Clark County Registrar of Voters have been notified of this decision.
