(Carson City, NV; February 3, 2014) – All parties made slight gains in January voter registration numbers, as shown by data released today by Secretary of State Ross Miller’s Elections Division. The number of statewide registered active voters increased by 3,169 from the previous month.

Of the 1,193,194 active registrants statewide, 41.40% (493,929) are Democrats, 34.87% (416,015) are Republicans, 17.62% (210,242) are nonpartisan, 4.76% (56,815) are members of the Independent American Party, and the remaining 1.35% (16,193) are members of the Libertarian or other minor parties.
