(Carson City, NV; October 17, 2012) – The November 6 general election is nearly here, and Secretary of State Ross Miller encourages registered voters to take advantage of early voting from Saturday, Oct. 20 to Friday, Nov. 2.

“We anticipate about 75-80% of registered voters will cast a ballot in the general election, although we are hopeful that turnout might exceed our projections,” said Secretary Miller.

Early voting poll locations are posted in the “Election Center” on the Secretary of State’s website, www.nvsos.gov, or accessible by clicking here.

The Secretary of State’s office will post voter turnout statistics, including county and political party breakdowns, to the website daily beginning Monday, Oct. 22. To receive an email notification as soon as the statistics are updated, sign up for “Early Vote Reports” here.
